Dr. Amy Lambert
Medical Director
Dr. Lambert is a decisive leader dedicated to delivering gold-standard healthcare and strategic crisis response. With a background as a Medical Officer in the British Army, Dr. Lambert specialises in Emergency Medicine. Her operational experience spans the UK and abroad in austere, high-risk environments, where she managed the full care spectrum—from point-of-injury trauma and casualty evacuation to prolonged field care and complex medical illness. Dr. Lambert has directed high-throughput Emergency Departments and bridged the gap between medical and command communications to ensure efficient emergency responses. She has collaborated with NATO to help define international major incident protocols and currently provides specialist medical and trauma management for the British Horseracing Authority. She holds an MBChB and a BMedSci (1st Class Hons), is a member of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and holds Diplomas in both the Medical Care of Catastrophes and Immediate Medical Care from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
