Charles is a seasoned technology executive, with over 25 years of experience building and scaling global technology organizations, delivering complex enterprise platforms, and applying data and AI to solve business challenges and create customer value. His leadership spans software engineering, cloud architecture, digital transformation, product delivery, and technology operations, with a focus on innovation, resilience, and operational excellence.
At Crisis24, he leads our global technology vision and execution — advancing Crisis24’s AI-enabled platform strategy, accelerating the development of Crisis24 Horizon, and driving the modernization and scalability of the organization’s integrated risk management solutions.
Charles holds an MBA from McGill University, a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and a M.Sc.A. in Computer Engineering. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a SAFe Agile practitioner, and a certified Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Architect.
