Simmi Singh

Simmi is a strategic operator and talent leader who helps founders and executives build high-performing organizations at the intersection of people, technology, strategy, and culture. She advises Crisis24’s leadership on organization design, executive effectiveness, and transformation.

Most recently, Simmi served as EVP & Chief People Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she rebuilt the executive team and reshaped the people function to support a company-wide turnaround.  Previously, Simmi spent fifteen years as a senior partner at Egon Zehnder, the leading global talent advisory firm. Simmi is a proven expert on complex governance topics, board appointments, organizational transformation, executive development and succession matters.  Earlier roles include Chief Talent Officer at Snap, Inc. (building the leadership team through the IPO), and leadership positions at CNA and Cognizant. She began her career with Booz Allen and Ernst & Young and later served as senior advisor on health innovation to the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.
