As expectations increased, security leaders needed a scalable way to move beyond static reporting and toward a model that could support proactive planning across diverse locations.
Crisis24 in Action: Building a Proactive Intelligence Model Powered by Horizon and AI
To address this gap, Crisis24 and the institution launched a cutting-edge, AI-enabled pilot anchored by Crisis24 Horizon Intelligence. Horizon provided the foundational intelligence layer for the engagement, serving as the trusted framework from which reporting could be built and scaled. Results
The pilot demonstrated how AI-enhanced intelligence can elevate security reporting from a retrospective exercise into a proactive decision-support capability. More broadly, the engagement highlighted how AI can function as a force multiplier for intelligence teams. Rather than replacing human expertise, AI enhanced the team’s ability to process large volumes of information, maintain consistency across outputs, and respond more efficiently to evolving operational needs. For institutions managing limited staff, constrained budgets, and increasing expectations, this approach demonstrates a practical path toward more proactive, intelligence-led security operations.
