Elizabeth Dominicci is Crisis24’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Advocacy. She leads global initiatives that strengthen service delivery, operational resilience, and client outcomes, enabling organizations to maximize the value of Crisis24’s risk intelligence and resilience solutions.

A customer experience and operations executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience, Elizabeth builds and scales global service organizations in complex environments. She helps organizations strengthen resilience through technology, data, and operational excellence—aligning people, processes, and systems to improve performance, elevate customer experience, and reduce risk. She has led enterprise-wide operational transformation efforts, modernized customer delivery models, and driven measurable gains in retention, service quality, and efficiency.

Prior to Crisis24, Elizabeth served as Chief Operating Officer of EPHY, an AI-driven HR technology platform focused on compliance and operational risk reduction. She previously spent seven years at TriNet leading customer experience, workforce optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Accenture and Insperity, where she guided global teams through large-scale change and implemented data-driven customer success strategies.

Elizabeth holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and was selected for and earned a certificate through the Emerging COO Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She serves on the Virginia Tech Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Board and the University of Tennessee Women in Leadership Advisory Board and advises leaders and organizations navigating growth and transformation.
