Organizations that can assess risk quickly, coordinate an effective response, and maintain continuity during disruption are better positioned to protect their people and operations, keep the confidence of customers, and give leadership room to make strategic decisions.
As global risks become more frequent and interconnected, the ability to move from awareness to coordinated action is becoming just as important as the ability to detect an event in the first place. The organizations that excel will not necessarily be those with the most technology or the most intelligence feeds, but the ones that have built the operational capability to turn information into decisive action.
