Global Manufacturer Renews Crisis24 Program as Its Footprint Expands in Asia
20 Oct 2026

A global manufacturer renewed its integrated Crisis24 Travel Risk Management program, including medical assistance and mass notification services. The decision comes as the organization navigates a period of corporate transformation and expands its operational presence in Asia, making continuity of service and reliable employee communications increasingly important.
A central priority was strengthening mass notification delivery in China. With a growing workforce in the country, the client needed confidence in its ability to reach employees during operational disruptions and other business-impacting events. It also sought to validate that its existing program continued to provide the right combination of capabilities, service, and long-term value.
Strengthening Global Communications Through an Integrated Approach
Crisis24 worked closely with the client to address its immediate communication priorities while supporting its broader business continuity objectives. Subject matter experts from product, technical support, and customer success engaged directly with stakeholders to discuss the technology roadmap, planned enhancements to Mass Notification features, and interim approaches for addressing current requirements.
This collaborative process provided clearer understanding of Crisis24’s technology roadmap and gave the client confidence that its communication capabilities will continue to evolve alongside its operations. A tailored commercial structure also provided greater budget predictability while maintaining the integrated support available to employees and travelers worldwide.
Putting Targeted Communications to Work
The value of the existing program was demonstrated when a water main break forced one of the organization’s corporate campuses to close. After crews completed repairs, and confirmed the water was safe for use, the client used Crisis24’s mass notification capabilities to notify employees that the campus had reopened.
The administrator quickly sent the update to campus employees. When leadership asked whether travelers in the surrounding area could also receive the message, the administrator used location-based targeting to extend the message to them. Travelers confirmed receipt, demonstrating how the organization could reach both site-based employees and mobile personnel through one coordinated process.
By continuing its relationship with Crisis24, the organization maintains continuity during a period of change while strengthening its ability to support employees, communicate during disruptions, and adapt its Travel Risk Management program to evolving operational requirements.
