The curriculum increased in complexity and focused on concrete applications, culminating in a sophisticated simulation incident (SIMINC) with local law enforcement. This exercise gave staff hands-on experience with emergency protocols, coordination, and response timelines. The simulation was followed by a 24-hour real-time CMT activation exercise, where team members faced continuous decision-making scenarios under realistic time pressures.
