Instead of sending notifications to all employees assigned to the company’s regional offices, which comprised hundreds of individuals, the system identified and messaged only the employees residing within the wildfire impact zone and evacuation area.  

Using the system’s two-way messaging capabilities, employees could respond with critical updates, such as whether they had to evacuate, whether they sustained damage to their homes, and if they required assistance.
