Crisis24 Mass Notification Transforms Global Communications for Multinational Conglomerate

The organization's workflows were deeply integrated with their Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ServiceNow® infrastructure, creating interdependencies that made any platform migration exceptionally complex. Collaborative Approach Ensures Successful Migration with Minimal Disruption

With more than 100,000 contacts and more than 1,200 users distributed across multiple time zones, the company knew the migration from its existing system to Crisis24 Mass Notification required a collaborative approach. Crisis24 partnered closely with the company’s core internal team, meeting several times each week to coordinate efforts and maintain alignment throughout the migration process. This helped ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

The implementation team successfully regenerated and optimized their 1,000+ saved alert templates, preserving critical communication workflows and improving functionality. A key technical achievement was the integration with the company’s HRIS via an API for automated contact data management, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring real-time accuracy of contact information.

The platform's ServiceNow integration became a cornerstone of the company’s IT alerting strategy. Crisis24 implemented Quota Type alerts to manage the order of team notifications and automatically assign ServiceNow tickets to the first responders. This innovative approach ensures that available personnel are identified efficiently, and accountability is maintained through automated ticket assignments.

Additionally, the company created business rules in ServiceNow that trigger alerts automatically from the Crisis24 Mass Notification Platform, streamlining operations and significantly improving response times.
